This is an exciting time to join the Steps into Work department. You will work alongside host employers providing learners with job coaching to enable them to work effectively in the work place, gaining skills and experience in a range of job roles. You will also provide transitional support to broker and secure employment outcomes for learners who have learning difficulties or physical disabilities.
You will deliver structured one-to-one support, have good organisational skills and enjoy working in various work place settings in Herefordshire, you will be confident working independently in the local area, be an excellent communicator with a dynamic and innovative approach. This role will require travel and flexible start and finish times, a full UK driving licence is desirable.

Price / Salary: FTE £20,255 per annum
