We recruit for MR agencies specialists in financial services. We have roles in medium and smaller specialists as well as large multinational companies. Our clients ask questions around processes and customers such as

How do customers do banking? How would you like to manage your money in the near future? How do we perform against the industry? How are new products performing? If you are interested in the answers to these questions then we may have the perfect opportunity for you.

Let me to tell you what type of skills we are looking for:

- A researcher: you have either qualitative or quantitative experience in market research (or both), you are curious, always on the look for more information and interested in market intelligence

- Passionate: you have a genuine interest in digital and / or finance

- You want to understand your clients, and enjoy bringing solutions to their struggles (working on ad hoc projects or manipulating data and analysing large data sets using various analytical methods. )

- Career progression: if you join as a Research manager you will be given the opportunity to manage more junior team members and develop to the next level within the next 2 years. As an Associate Director you will be very involved in new business opportunities and pitches and proposals.

- Commercial awareness: you understand how business works and want to be part of it!
