You will be working as part of an enthusiastic, high energy team, empowered and supported in an open environment. Using your initiative, you will manage a variety of projects always keeping the bigger picture in view. You will also be heavily involved in the creation of marketing strategy and supporting the wider business objectives.
Holding our social values at heart, you will build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external agencies. With solid experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants and agents you will utilise your excellent communication skills and take a hands on approach to demand generation, sales enablement support and responding to sales leads.
Applicants should have experience of implementing and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans, working at manager level, overseeing marketing campaigns and managing staff. You will be expected to meet deadlines for brand development and marketing material production. You will also have first rate proof reading and editing skills, and experience of digital and social media marketing campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and shape our external voice.
