The Role:
In this Operations Assistant graduate job, you will gain excellent experience within a commercial setting.  It will be your responsibility to organise and manage all ad-hoc duties, including administration, purchasing, as well as being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.    
Key Responsibilities:
In this Operations Assistant graduate job, your responsibilities will include:  
Answering all telephone enquiries   
Organising and attending meetings represented by the Business Development Managers  
Helping with event and project management  
Arranging accommodation for overseas travel for the wider team 
Working closely with the marketing team to help prepare brochures   
Managing all administration including invoicing 
Maintaining and producing weekly reports
