They are seeking to appoint a Housing Legal Partner who has a background in housing law as a Paralegal or Solicitor. This new role requires someone who is passionate about housing and wants to join an exciting progressive organisation.  
 
Our client is looking for someone who can confidently collaborate across different business areas and be comfortable to try new ways of working. You will need to be able to manage and resolve high level reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB), fraud, subletting, access, disrepair, and other legislative and tenancy matters. You will also support and provide training to housing officers to build capacity to better manage low level ASB cases.  You will take the  lead on partnership working with other agencies such as the Police and Environmental Health Fraud service creating a collaborative approach to resolution.
