Speech & Language Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant
Graduate position – S&L or Psychology graduates needed
Good graded Hammersmith & Fulham Primary School
Earn £350 per week

Ideal role for an aspiring Speech & Language therapist
Lovely school & well connected SENCo
Interviewing ASAP
We work closely with Primary Schools across inner and outer London who are looking for talented S&L Graduates to make a positive impact on their school, whilst they offer support and guidance throughout your educational or support career path.
This includes arranging meeting with schools who are interested in you across a suitable time that fits in with your life style whilst offering sound advice throughout your application process.
The role would be an exceptional opportunity for a Speech & Language or Psychology graduate who aspires to a career as a therapist.
The school is looking for a committed and dedicated individual who can support the school SENCo and borough coordinators in the delivery of a speech and language programme.
This mainstream primary school has no specialist status – it is just that the school has a number of cases of acute SEN pupils - Speech & Language needs – and the work load is becoming too much for the general staff.
The school SENCo is a well-known and trusted leader of SEN and much has been implemented to offer the pupils the very best possible care. The borough coordinator for Speech and language spends 2 ½ days per week in the school and the Learning Support Assistant staff have done a fine job of implementing the schemes of work – but something more is needed.
The role will be a varied one that will include a large amount of training and exposure to the Speech & Language universe. This role would be a great chance to network and make connections within this Universe – and could be an excellent gateway into becoming a Speech & Language therapist.
