Cover Supervisor 
Band D, Point 20-25, £19,430 - £22,658 fte
(Pro rata £17,188 - £20,218)
37 hours per week (Term Time + 5 Training Days)
Required for September 2017

We are looking for a person who will supervise / take classes of pupils across the school during the absence of teaching staff to ensure learning continues.  The post also includes providing assistance in classrooms and administrative support to Subject Leaders.
Applicants should have achieved at least five or more A*-C grades at GCSE (including English and Maths) with evidence of further qualifications gained at post 16 or the equivalent Level 3 & 4 qualifications. Holly Lodge is a mixed 11-19 school. Currently it has over 1450 students on roll, but this is increasing steadily due to the rapid improvement that the school has successfully made. The school is part of the ‘building schools for the future’ programme with a new £23.5 million school that completed in September 2011 offering state of the art teaching and learning facilities.
We are a thriving and exciting school, which has made significant progress in recent years. In 2016 the schools key stage 4 results showed progress 8 measures significantly above national. Post 16 results have demonstrated a year on year improvement in both academic and vocational outcomes.
