Our client is an award winning Recruitment Company specialising in head-hunting professionals for media and advertising roles across London. Established in 2000 they have become a house hold name within recruitment and the media sector. Many of their clients work with them on an exclusive basis as they are one of the longest standing recruitment companies in London. As market leaders in their field they work with the top 5% of job vacancies across the city, which means you will be working on high end accounts from the beginning as a trainee recruitment consultant.
As a trainee recruiter you will be given the relevant training through a secure network of experienced and dedicated recruitment consultant, as well as recent graduates like yourself. Your day to day job will include the following:
Sourcing candidates
Work across multiple projects at one time
Coach your candidate through the hiring process - briefing for interviews etc
Working to KPI's and targets

Position: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 - OTE Year 1 £40,000
