Exciting opportunities have arisen for a number of Event Assistants to join a well known and highly trusted crew supplier to the events and entertainment industry. In return, we offer competitive pay rates between (GBP)9.50-15.00 per hour.

We pride ourselves on supplying individuals who exude a friendly, hard working, professional demeanour. We are the backbone to many types of events including but not limited to conferencing, exhibitions, charity, sporting, awards, music, promotions, premiers, film, private functions, road shows and festivals. We supply staff to our clients not only for the install and de-rig of events, but for show assistance, warehouse assistance, drivers for deliveries and collection, plant machinery operators for onsite or warehouse work.

The Events Assistant will be responsible for assisting event companies with off loading of vehicles (vans, trucks) and the set up of the event. This will include:

* Stage and Set set-up

* Lighting

* Sound

* AV set-up

* Marquee building

* Warehouse assistance

* Driving (deliveries/collections)

* Flooring

* Seating

The successful Event Assistant will:

* Have a good level of fitness

* Have a good command of English (understanding and speaking)

* Be punctual, presentable and polite / well mannered

* Have the ability to work to dead lines

* Be able to follow on site instructions and complete tasks

* Have an awareness of Health and Safety policies

* Be flexible

* Work unsociable hours

* Reside in London (travel zones 1-6)

The hours of work are 30-60+ per week, including weekends and unsociable hours. We can accommodate part or full time hours.
