**Description:**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Paintshop Operative to work in a well established warehouse in Hinckley. The experienced Paint Shop Operative's are required to work in a busy environment and will be responsible for prepping parts and spraying of components from start to finish.

We are looking for keen and enthusiastic candidates who thrive working in a fast paced environment and are available for full time work. These are temporary / on going positions.

**The Paintshop Operative will be responsible for:**

* Pre-cleaning and vacuuming bodies in preparation for spraying
* Preparation of primer bodies and masking off protected areas
* Special paint finish (Bespoke colours and body styles)
* Inspection and preparation of first & second colour.
* Final inspection ensuring base coat is to the highest quality
* Identify and Report any faults to team leader

**The Paintshop Operative will have the following experience:**

* Previous experience paint spraying/usage of a hand gun essential
* Previous experience within the automotive industry desirable
* Vinyl wrap advantageous but not essential
* Ability to ensure all products meet high standards.
* Meticulous attention to detail

**The hours of work are:**

* 7am-4pm/ Monday-Thursday
* 7am-12pm Fridays

The salary for the Paintshop Operative is £9.13 per hour rising to £11.60 per hour after 12 weeks.
