We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for the brand new, state of the art Primark Distribution Centre near Corby, Northamptonshire.

**Hours of work:**
Rotational shifts 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 22:00

**Pay rates:**
**First 6 months working:**

* Days £8.40 per hour
* Nights £10.92 per hour
* Days over time £10.92
* Nights over time £14.20

**After working 6 months:**

* Days £9.00 per hour
* Nights £11.70
* Days over time £11.70
* Nights over time £15.21

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely and securely load/unload customer's goods/freight.
* Pick and pack goods from stock
* Receive/dispatch goods as required
* Locate stock within the warehouse to the levels of accuracy required.
* Ensure high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will have previous order picker/packer/warehouse operative experience, ideally within a fast moving retail warehouse. Experience of order picking/packing/warehouse operative in line with targets is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
