We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established Copy Shop based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
On a temporary leading to permanent basis this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The key duties for the Office Administrator are:
* Supporting with customer orders and processing payments
* General office administration including faxing, filing and photocopying
* Word processing, processing documents on Publisher, Photoshop and Pagemaker
* Dealing with an inbox with enquires and orders
* Stock control at certain times in the year
* Supporting customers with binding documents, cutting, trimming and stapling documents
The successful Office Administrator should have the following:
* Experience within a similar role in the office environment
* Experience of touch typing is advantageous
* General knowledge of computers is essential
* General knowledge of printing, scanning, filing and other office duties
* Word processing and order processing experience
* Experience on Publisher, Photoshop and Pagemaker is advantageous
The working hours will be Monday to Friday - between 9am to 5pm, could also be part time 1pm until 5pm.
The pay rate will be (GBP)7.50 per hour for the temporary period.
