**The job:** The client is a young man, in his early 30s, who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury over 10 years ago, he has recently moved to the Bristol area and is looking to broaden his social circle and establish links in his new community

**What:** Rehabilitation workers use a range of skills to encourage and support the client by providing physical and emotional support, assistance, transport, and a range of therapies. Team members work together with the client, the family and a number of professionals to contribute to the client developing his physical and cognitive independence.

**When:** The role is organised in 22 hour shifts 11.00-09.00 [weekdays and weekends including sleep-in nights], 365 days a year.

**How:** Following your training and shadowing an experienced member of our team, you will work independently with the client for 22 hour shifts, often back to back for two shifts. Approximately 4 shifts/88hrs per month, as a minimum, flexibility is a must.

The role may also involve supporting the client on holiday, in the UK and abroad.

**Where:** The client lives in Bristol

**Pay Rate: £7.50 per hour Monday to Friday. £8.25 per hour Saturday and Sunday & £67.50 per sleep shift 11pm to 8am**

**About you:** You must be reliable, a driver, flexible, enthusiastic, patient, resourceful and be prepared to join the team for at least one year. You might have skills and interests that we can engage therapeutically to promote rehabilitation.
