We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for our client based in Aztec West.
Duties:
* Answering queries over the telephone and via email.
* Speaking to customers and retailers.
* Sourcing parts and sending invoice numbers via email.
* Interacting with warehouse staff in order to check stock.
* General administrative duties i.e. filing, scanning etc.
* Occasionally will be needed to help out in the warehouse with large stock intakes
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.
Hours of work: Monday Thursday 09:00 17:00 and Fridays 08:00 15:30
Pay: £7.50ph £8ph
Price / Salary: £7.50 - £8ph
