A little bit more about Way Out Studios:

Way Out Studios is a friendly and professional warehouse, purpose built to provide affordable studio spaces to East London's music community. Every ground floor room is professionally soundproofed (a room within a room) and already full of musicians/producers, whom we encourage to socialise and network by providing a comfortable and clean communal area in which to do so.

The warehouse is conveniently located 7mins walk from both Westferry DLR and Mile End Underground Station (Central, District and Hammersmith lines), and is on a number of bus routes too (277, D6, D7). Across the road we have a park and a couple of supermarkets, as well as some pubs and restaurants a few minutes further afield.

The rental price is all inclusive of bills, security and on-site parking. There is CCTV throughout and a live-in security man / caretaker. You will receive a personal key fob (£10deposit) and we ask that you treat our warehouse with care, respecting the other tenants and being mindful of possible strangers trying to gain access to the building.
