Nurse Plus are currently working with a large care provider who operate nationwide to supply permanent nurses in a number of their homes.

We are currently looking across the Bristol area and have many roles available.

The role involves:
Delivering the highest standards of person centered care
Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift
Promoting independence where possible
Ensure compliance with all legal and best practice guidelines
To support the home manager in achieving key targets within the home
Attend relevant meetings internally and externally

The ideal candidate:
Will be an NMC registered general nurse with a valid pin number
Will be IT literate
Will be able to share knowledge and best practice ideas
Will have the ability to lead a team
Will have people management experience (desirable)
Will have experience within elderly care (desirable)

The specifics:

Location Bristol and surrounding areas, there are a number of homes in the area looking for staff
Hours We have full time or part time shifts available across both days and nights, so can be flexible to meet your needs
Salary Salary is dependent on each home and will be between £14 - £15.30 per hour with some homes offering additional pay at the weekends
