Contracts Manager - Commercial / Retail
£60,000 to £70,000 + Car / car allowance + travel + bonus (discretionary) + 25 days holiday
Based: Live with 45 minutes of the office i.e. Herts, Beds, N. London, Bucks etc.
Work Location: London, Cambridge, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire
i-texo recruitment is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client who specialises in new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects across the South East. The contractor mainly works on projects up to £10m and their works are varied between healthcare and educational and retail.

Contracts Management Experience:

Track record of delivering projects from £500k - £10m in value
Must have experience a track record reflecting retail / commercial refurbishment projects e.g. refurbishment, shell and core, cut and carve projects for shopping malls, commercial offices etc
Ability to manage multiple projects
Customer-focused
Excellent supply chain relationships
Commercially minded

The successful Contracts Manager will ensure stringent quality and Health and Safety standards, are met to produce successful and profitable projects. Oversee and be solely responsible for several projects primarily in London, Cambridge, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire.

In return, they will offer an excellent salary plus package including car/allowance, travel and bonus (discretionary).
