Our Client a multinational £500+m turnover contractor require an Electrical Inspection Manager reporting to the Engineering Director, working on commercial, mixed use projects. You will be min HNC qualified with a CSCS, SMSTS, IPAF with a clean driving licence with 3+ years electrical supervision experience

Responsibilities include:

·Electrical compliance and quality control whilst ensuring complete H&S compliance and compliance to the EAWR 1989, & BS 7671 regulations and client specifications. You will also supervise electrical installation whilst indirectly Managing subcontractor testing and inspection documentation. You would also advise and review electrical safe systems of works, maintain electrical instrument calibration documentation, testing and commissioning support.

Additional responsibilities would include conducting regular comprehensive quality control inspections of electrical installation works in progress to ascertain compliance with regulations and prescribed specifications; ascertain competence of operatives or subcontractors engaged in such works, and provide documented reports of findings including advising and supporting Project Managers with regards to all technical requirements of BS7671 and NICEIC / industry best practices.

The role is available on a contract or permanent basis with immediate starts and long term career prospects.
