Driving Plus in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistic companies, and as their onsite recruitment partner, require experienced C+E Class 1 Drivers for ongoing assignment at their prestigious site based out of Moreton, Merseyside.

As a professional HGV driver you will be required to carry out C+E trunking to various locations, delivering chilled, frozen, ambient and confectionery food products from distribution centres with average 1-3 drops per day. We are delighted to provide successful applicants with full time 5-6 days per week, on either AM or PM shifts, or part time and ad hoc / weekend shifts to suit. The specific needs for this site are night drivers working from Wednesday to Saturday night shift with the start time from 18:00 - 06:00; the work will involve trunking only and some trailer swaps. Our client offers a great pay rates, an excellent working environment with the option to work extra shifts where possible. Most assignments are long term for those that desire an ongoing opportunity.

The rates for HGV Class 1 Ltd Company Drivers are as follows:

* Monday to Friday Days - £13.50 per hour
* Monday to Friday Nights - £14.50 per hour
* Saturday - £17.00 per hour
* Sunday - £19.00 per hour

Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 18 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required
