Coba Education is currently seeking Learning support assistants and Teaching assistants who have experience working with SEN children.

We have requirements immediately in Northampton and the surrounding area.

Ideally candidates will have the following:

* Knowledge and experience in working with Autism/ASD, EBSD, SLD, PMLD
* Can use positive reinforcement when supporting behaviour difficulties
* Patient and can be a positive role model for children
* Ideally trained in Team-Teach/positive handling
