One of our prestigious clients based in Tamworth are looking to recruit a Telesales Executive join their successful team.

This role is due to expansion within the business and full product training will be given.

There is excellent earning potential with this client a great basic salary plus a fantastic OTE based on performance you will be earning an OTE of £ 35,000 + plus by year 3.

Duties include:
Making outbound calls on a business to business level ( approx 80 100 calls a day )
Identifying opportunities and following up leads
Retaining existing customers
Developing creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
Identifying and following up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
Building strong relationships with decision makers
Working to set targets and KPIs
Liaising effectively with internal departments
Updating in house database and relevant
Successful candidates must have:
Experience of working within a similar telesales / sales environment
An outgoing, dynamic and self motivated personality
Able to work closely in a team environment and on your own initiative
Great interpersonal skills along with the hunger and desire to succeed within this fantastic company!

£ 18,000 basic Year 1 - £ 22,000 OTE, Year 2 - £ 25,000, Year 3 - £ 35,000

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
