A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new HR Coordinator to join the London office on an initial 12-month FTC providing administrative support to the HR team ensuring smooth operations, HRIS transactions, document preparations and personnel records maintenance. Responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment process which will include preparing job postings, offer paperwork, coordinating interviews and resources, organising verifications processes, track agency relationships, fee agreements and invoices for reconciliations, assisting with the new hire orientation and onboarding, providing first-level procedure guidance o managers and staff, enter and audit employee data into the HRIS system for all types of employee transactions, including employment, benefits enrolment, absence management and overtime tracking. Other duties will include serving as initial point of contact for London workers regarding benefits questions, timely processing of invoices, assisting with the renewal process and informing finance of related payroll changes, assisting with the changes for employee monthly payroll, participate and take ownership of team projects based on business needs, preparing training presentations, reviewing policies, running surveys and developing informative resources. Candidates must be degree educated and have previous HR experience within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm. Candidates need to have strong communication and written skills, with experience using a HRIS system. Standard hours are 9.30am 5.30pm
