Looking for a life changing opportunity within one of the top residential North East Housebuilders? Well this leading company is looking to add an Architectural Technician to their innovative Technical team.Responsibilities:

* manage and report architectural requirements

* involvement in the process of site start programmes and development programmes

* assist with Land Appraisals

* manage approvals and adoptions

* communicate with internal and external stakeholders

* manage CDM-C and Health and Safety

* work with legal documentation

Qualifications and Experience

* relevant Architectural Technology qualifications

* residential new build housing experience

* working knowledge of all ACAD and other software

* awareness of NHBC standards

* knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations
