Insurance Broker, Poole Area, £20,000 + OTE £40,000 (uncapped), 25 days holiday, Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm, Healthcare

This is an excellent opportunity with a fast growing, exciting company for an experienced Insurance Broker to join the friendly team. You will be responsible for converting quality leads or general enquiries into sales and can provide advice and help on products.

The successful candidate will be entitled to uncapped commission and can expect to earn around £40,000 OTE+ in the first year. You will need to have strong previous experience in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build an excellent rapport with customers at point of enquiry
Offer advice on products and convert enquiries/leads into sales
Follow the process and project through until completion
Liaise with insurers and underwriters
Deal with the renewal of policies
Ensure you remain compliant with the FCA guidelines
Using a CRM system to track the whole process

Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Previous experience in a sales executive or similar role
Excellent administration skills
Proven track record in sales/targets

This position would suit candidates currently working as a sales executive, sales advisor, insurance broker, health care advisor, account handler, account manager, or customer service representative.
