Residential Support Worker / SEND LSA

Do you have experience working with Children or vulnerable adults with SEND?

Are looking for long permanent contract with regular hours?

We are currently recruiting for experienced and outgoing support workers within the Preston area that have worked with Autism, SLD, Epilepsy, Complex Learning Needs, Challenging Behaviour and Communication Difficulties to support children & adults aged 5-40 in the Preston area.

There are several residential homes we are working alongside that range is SEND and age. They all need your support & commitment. We are looking for serious applicants that can start as soon as possible.

There is a two week rolling rota with night and day shifts on offer, only serious applicants with experience working with these types of needs may apply!

A DBS on the update service would be valuable as you will need one to work within this environment however if you are in need of one, we can apply for one for you. The cost of the DBS is £48 with £44 being refunded after you have worked 10 days.

This role will require Personal Care; the ideal candidate will be flexible, committed and proactive.
