Site Engineering Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Location: Oxfordshire

I am currently recruiting for a Site Engineering Manager to work in a large fatory within the Oxfordshire area. With over 50 engineers beneath you, the successful candidate will need experience leading large teams and managing budgets well into the millions. The role will encompass compelete management of all engineering disciplines as well as working closely with procution to ensure smooth running of operations. The company are one of the largest FMCG manufacturers in the UK and have one of the most efficient plants in world within thier niche sector. This is a very good opportunity to be in charge of a massive site producing some of the most recognised brands in the world!

Skills required for the Site Engineering Manager:

* Good business acumen
* Previous experience of managing a large engineering team
* Ability to manage through managers
* Strong leadership skills
* Profit and loss responsibility
* Decision making
* Performance management
