Are you an organised, caring individual who is committed to supporting older people within our Sheltered Schemes?. We are looking for a talented Floating Sheltered Scheme Coordinator to join our team in London.

The Ideal Floating Sheltered Scheme Coordinator:

You should be an excellent communicator, good organiser and a team player. Ideally, you should have experience within a housing or related community setting, but a passion and experience for delivering great customer service is just as important. You must also be flexible in order to provide a floating cover for our sheltered schemes as required.

You must have possession of a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle or the ability to effectively and efficiently visit sheltered schemes.

The Floating Sheltered Scheme Coordinator Role:

You will have daily contact with residents, contractors and colleagues to coordinate and deliver services. This will include inspecting properties, supporting residents, ensuring the scheme is safe and secure. You will also have a big part to play in promoting and organising resident projects and activities. The role will also support the Sheltered Scheme Manager with some viewings and lettings as required.
