Export Booking Clerk - Romford - VR/18140

Our client, a well-known shipping line, is seeking an Export Booking Clerk to join their team based in the Romford area.

Duties of the Ocean Export Operator include:

* Experience in arranging FCL shipments from the UK.
* Good telephone manner dealing with customers and clients.
* Main responsibilities include liaising with Equipment & Transport departments regarding shipments
* Input of bookings into companies global booking system Applying for Hazardous and special cargo licences and dealing with paperwork
* Dealing with and following up UCRs
* Informing customers of any extra charges incurred and ensuring that invoices are raised to the client
