Our client, one of the UK's leading street cleansing equipment manufacturers is looking for an experienced Welding Shift Supervisor to be based at their production facility in Dorking, Surrey.

You will be responsible for a designated team of Team Leaders, Operators and Welders. You will be a team player who is able to supervise and work to workshop schedules and production targets whilst communicating problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Working closely with the teams of laser programming, production planning and manufacturing, you will be required to attend meetings, reporting problems and taking away action points to disseminate to your team.

Good all round technical knowledge (including welding) is essential for the role.

The roles are worked on a two weekly shift basis. 05.45 -14.00 for two weeks and 14.00 - 22.00 for two weeks
