An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leasing manager to join the Property Services Division of this large Public Sector organisation.
Experience in estate management with membership of a professional body, preferably RICS and the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of land law and all landlord and tenant legislation.
You will have gained experience in a large portfolio environment with high volume leases to regularise and document and a track record of delivery of leases in difficult and challenging circumstances.
Candidates will be IT and data base efficient and preferably have CAD experience.
Speed and accuracy of delivery is paramount.
