As an accomplished Web Developer, you should be comfortable with building software according to "12 factor app" principles, and going an extra mile to do it well. The projects you will be working on will vary from small CMS integrations, to bespoke systems and services.

* Strong experience with OO PHP
* Experience with popular PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel is preferable)
* Strong understanding of REST principles
* Experience with testing and CI
* Experience with writing lean, versioned APIs
