SALARY:£18-21,000 PA DOE.
Several opportunities have arisen within our clients Planning Team, based at Warwick for full time Planning Operatives within Customer Support based on either a 6 or 12 month fixed term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
As Customer Support Agent (Planning Agent) you will be responsible for effectively scheduling the engineer diaries on a daily basis, including setting up and ordering parts for further visits when required
Be a first point of call to engineers, and provide support for other areas of the business
Liaise with customers regarding engineer visits and queries, providing resolution and investigation with excellent customer service
Supporting other areas of the business when required
Our client is looking for:
Experience within a similar role as a planner or scheduler
Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of scheduling and planning applications
Preferably educated to degree level
A confident and a forward thinking person, able to demonstrate previous experience within a production planning or work force scheduling role.
Good PC skills, knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Movex would be an advantage
