Are you a registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have a working knowledge of CQC? Medsolve are recruiting for our client in Newcastle and have vacancies for both day and night Nurses. Our client offers residential care, nursing care and intermediate care in their 51 bed facility. Candidates must have a strong passion and commitment to enhance the specialist services provided. Successful candidates will:-

Have a valid NMC PIN and are RMN or RGN qualified and consistently comply with standards of professional practice whilst maintaining valid registration with the NMC.

Oversee all aspects of medicine management on shift - ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and conduct yourself with a person-centered approach whilst maintaining professional relationships.

Be motivating, engaging, and show strong leadership abilities as to lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of the residents as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

Can maintain and execute excellent standard of care and Health & Safety standards

Are prepared to act up for the Deputy Home Manager or Home Manager in their absence.
