Nursing Placement Manager - Qualified Nurse role
25,000 a year paye / £31000 LTD + company bonus OTE up to £40k
Annicare are looking for a full time Placement Co-ordinator office based 9-1630 North Hykeham, with one weekend a month on call.
Annicare have been trading for over 3 years. They are a family owned business that prides themselves on the quality and service they give, catering for each customer individually.
We supply the private healthcare sector, the community, the NHS and a variety of private clients.
We assess each individual case and you would be essential to the ongoing support of these care packages.
Responsibilities:
* Retaining company reputation.
* Building relationships with our temporary nurses and carers.
* Dealing with enquiries from customers over the phone and email.
* Investigating and documenting nursing complaints with the support of our registered manager.
* Supporting Annicare to retain compliance in line with local and governing bodies.
* Shift coordinate our clients rotas.
* Ensure all customers and potential customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect always, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting.
* Any other duties appropriate to the role.
Requirements:
*Qualified nurse with no restrictions on practice.
*Minimum two years post registration experience.
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, trustworthy, well-mannered and eager to learn.
* Hard Working. Willing to consistently do more than the basic requirements.
* Ability to take feedback & act positively upon it.
* Someone with excellent communication skills, confident and clear on the telephone with a good manner.
* Accurate with attention to details.
* Computer literate. Must have good skills in Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Someone with good interpersonal & organisation skills.
Salary and Benefits:
* Monday-Friday: 9-16.30 and every other weekend on call.
*£25,000 equivalent to mid- band 5.
*32 days annual leave entry level.
