Contract Recruiter - Financial Services
Salary: £30k - £50k D.O.E plus Guaranteed Bonus Income
Location: Central London (0.6 miles from Waterloo)

My client has an exciting opportunity for someone to head up their new "contract recruitment division". They currently have a very strong perm division with an existing client base asking them to fill contract roles too so they are looking for the right candidate with a track record of successful B2B Sales to build a team and grow with the company in order to help continue their impressive growth.

Responsibilities:

· Account management of clients

· Build rapport quickly

· Candidate generation

· Interviewing and meeting new candidates

· Negotiate salaries and rates with candidates and clients

· Bringing in new business

· Hitting monthly targets

Experience required:

· Financial services

· RPO experience

· 12 months + in recruitment

· Contract recruitment

· Strong communication skills

· Money motivated

· B2B sales ability

Guaranteed Bonus Income - my client are happy to pay a guaranteed bonus for the right candidate

Price / Salary: £30000 - £50000/annum
