Our client, an independent group of bodyshops requires a focused and enthusiastic Bodyshop/Workshop controller to lead the daily running of a bodyshop based in Southall.
As the Workshop Controller you will lead by example, communicating effectively between departments and reporting back to the General Manager of any issues.
Daily duties will include:
·On time completion of repairs
·Progress management
·Health and safety
·Workshop cleanliness
·Quality process
·BSI requirements maintained
·Customer updates when required

You will be in control of day to day running of the workshop so you must be a strong leader and cope well under pressure. Our client wants the right people so theyre offering a competitive package that includes overtime and bonuses along with good career progression opportunities.
