Salary £18,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

SES Water supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. We are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for our efficiency and customer service.

As one of our Meter Fitters you will replace both domestic and commercial meters located externally or internally to customers plumbing systems.

When needed you will assist with the repair /maintenance function, including minor repairs to commercial meter units. Further to this you will Investigate high consumption, fault find, replace sensors or faulty components and reinstating supplies, ensuring accurate recording of the outcome of investigations and repairs.

Our Ideal candidate will have knowledge of water /pipe fittings, with experience of the Water industry / highway or utility environment. Wed like you to have previous experience fitting meters (or other similar role), experience of the programming of radio head meters would be an advantage. We would like you to hold a EUSR Hygiene Certificate and it would also be an advantage for you to have some plumbing experience.

Due to the nature of the role a full Driving Licence is required
