We are a small business and have been running for just over 10 years, we are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellence customer service and has a strong attention to detail, to join our small office team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Liaising with customers for all account and billing enquiries by email or phone
Raising and distribution of Invoices for monthly bill run in Sage 50 Accounts Professional
Reconciliations and banking
Processing invoices, receipts, refunds, and expenses
Credit Control, including distribution of monthly statements
Taking credit card payments through an external web based Company
Administration duties including Filing and Archiving
Personal Specification:
Ability to work within a small office/team environment and independently
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts Professional would be beneficial
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook,
Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Available immediately Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30, 1-hour Lunch
Price / Salary: £17000 - £20000/annum
