This are exciting times as we currently have a number of Apprentice vacancies to Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme. Verovian Recruitment Agency are recruiting expert supporting clients within the Healthcare industry. You will be working towards a recognised NVQ qualification in Customer service OR Business administration OR Recruitment, alongside gaining work experience in one of the largest growing sectors in the UK. This role is from Monday to Friday

Your main duties will be to work alongside experienced recruitment consultants using tools available for you. Training will be provided

- Contacting candidates to inform them of current openings
- Generation of recommendations and referrals for vacancies
- Achieve your monthly sales targets/KPI's [which attracts a bonus package]

Ideal apprentice working within recruitment, you will have the following attributes:
A positive, respectful, and friendly approach in telephone and email communications is essential.
Consistent, reliable, confident, organised, well presented, ability to maintain good rapport, competitive and polite
Understands the importance of working to tight deadlines and delivering.
Strong academic record is desirable with a minimum of grade C achieved in Maths and English
