Are you an experienced CRM marketer? Looking to further your career and find an exciting new challenge within a highly respected, global business? Then look no further.

Our award-winning client is currently looking for a driven and passionate CRM Manager to join their growing team based in Cambridgeshire. If you have at least 5 years' experience managing CRM databases and strategies for a consumer business and are keen to make an impact within a well-known international business, then this could be the role you've been waiting for! Ideally, you will have experience in CRM marketing for a large consumer business or will have worked on consumer accounts for a CRM agency and will have a strong commercial awareness that drives your work. With exceptional project management skills and a head for figures, you will have proven experience analysing and interpreting data into actionable insights that will drive the CRM strategy, and the business, forward. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the CRM budget, so previous experience managing budgets and spend would be beneficial.

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey, ensuring that all touchpoints and bases are covered to build and cultivate brand loyalty. You will be responsible for devising CRM strategies to ensure that existing customers remain loyal to the brand and to drive customer acquisition strategies for prospective customers. Working alongside the Marketing team, you will ensure that all CRM communications are aligned with the wider brand strategy and that all messaging is consistent and cohesive. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will ensure all CRM strategies are thoroughly tested before implementation and will use all data insights to create relevant and targeted CRM strategies.

Due to the location of this Cambridgeshire office, this role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, Peterborough, Wisbech, Yaxley, Alconbury, Sawtry, Market Deeping, Oundle and Stamford to name a few.
