Maintenance Electrician

I am currently working with a large FM service provider, looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a fast-growing Facilities Management company, working mobile around the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-renowned organisation offering; career progression and training prospects.

The Role:
- Carry out Electrical PPMs and Reactive Maintenance tasks within a range of commercial properties
- Carry out Fault finding and rectification
- Complete minor installations and project works where necessary
- Carry out Fabric maintenance tasks
- Complete paperwork and liaise with Fellow Engineers, Management and The Client

The Candidate:
- Must be Electrically qualified to City and Guilds Level r or equivalent
- Must hold City and Guilds 17th Edition I.E.E
- Must have experience carrying out Electrical Maintenance within commercial environments
- Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
