Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Timber Frame
Basic to £40,000 ote £70,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Barnsley, Rotherham, Worksop, Doncaster, Sheffield, Wakefield, Worksop, Leeds, Chesterfield, Pontefract

* Are you selling an offsite construction building method?
* Would you like to work for a Northern manufacturer who looks after its employees well?
* Are you capped in your earnings? Would you like an open ended commission package?
* Do you enjoy selling to Contractors, Builders, Developers and architects?

You will be selling Timber Frame build solutions to Building Contractors, House Builders, Developers, Architects and some end user accounts like Travelodge, Premier Inn, Religious Groups etc. etc. Reporting to their Managing Director you will cover the North of England and the Midlands but will have the opportunity to go further afield if you find opportunities that are worth pursuing.

The company can back you with Estimators and Timber Frame Designers together with an excellent manufacturing facility that can supply the frame, floors and roofing components (Timber Engineering). Over the years they can demonstrate a track record in winning projects within the commercial sector and can showcase these to potential customers.
