Production Supervisor (FMCG Slaughter environment)

£10ph (£25,000) Lots of overtime (£7000) + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Excellent role on offer for a Production supervisor looking to join a rapidly growing, prosperous food production company, where you will be recognised and rewarded for your work.

Are you a production supervisor from a FMCG high risk environment? Have you got good leadership skills?

Established since 1992, this company is one of the UK's leading producers of free range and organic chickens and turkeys. They supply free range poultry to major retailers, supermarkets and other blue chip firms. Due to recent growth they are now seeking a production manager to join their team.

In this role you will be reporting to the production manager, supervising factory operatives. You will be ensuring all KPI's are hit on a shift by shift basis, whilst maintaining Health and Safety to the company's high expectations. You will have to be comfortable with working in a slaughter house environment.

The ideal candidate will be from a high risk food manufacturing company and has experience in managing and leading people whilst in a busy environment.

The Role
* Production Supervisor
* Ensuring all workers are aware of day to day processes
* Supervising and motivating a team to achieve KPIs
* £25,000 with overtime available £31,000

* 48 Hour contracted week

The Candidate
* Production/Shift manager within a Poultry Environment
* Good HACCP knowledge
* Proven experience of leading teams
* Comfortable in a slaughter house environment
