Position: Deputy Nurse Manager.
Location: Peterlee, Durham
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Description:
As Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Home Manager in the successful running of the home. You will act as Clinical Lead, being the go-to person for any clinical questions and queries.
You will assist in staff supervisions, whilst delivering training and acting as a mentor for junior members of staff. You will contribute to quality improvement and ensure your home is performing to a high standard.
This role would suit a confident nurse that has had previous experience either as a Deputy Home Manager or a similar leadership position.
The home is a purpose built facility offering the highest standards of nursing care to the elderly and those with Dementia.

Relevant Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a nurse qualified Deputy Manager (ideally RGN or RMN) with previous experience within a leadership position. You will be competent in elderly/dementia care with a strong nursing home background.
This is a full time role covering 38.5 hours per week, overtime hours available.
