Brand Marketing Manager, Northampton -
A well-established consumer brand is currently searching for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join their busy Northamptonshire team. With at least 5 years' experience in B2C marketing already under your belt, you will have experience developing and delivering a successful brand strategy for a large consumer organisation. You will have experience devising, implementing, managing and analysing marketing campaigns and brand plans across a number of leading brands covering both online and offline marketing activity. From NPD, to working with retailers, to promoting new launches on social media, this is a broad role that encompasses the full marketing mix. You'll need a strategic approach to drive the sales of these successful brands and the creativity to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

As Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of successful brands. You will own the brand strategy for the business, creating a long-term strategy to drive brand growth and making short term adjustments to react to changes in the market and new trends. This is a hands-on role, that will see you managing all aspects of the brand and ensuring all marketing activity adheres to and complements the brand plan to create a cohesive brand image to consumers. Not only will you be responsible for creating the brand strategy, but you will also analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns, ensuring no opportunities to reach the consumer are missed and any improvements are made to future marketing campaigns. Using your exceptional project management skills, you will manage key marketing campaigns from start to finish to ensure a consistent brand image and to drive brand engagement. Above all, you will be a proactive, passionate and motivated Brand Marketing Manager with exceptional commercial and consumer awareness, using your knowledge of the market to drive brands to increased success.
