Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical & Fabric) - £36,000 - Thurrock

We require an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineers(Electrical, Mechanical & Fabric) for a Permanent opportunity in Essex. The Shift Maintenance Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical & Fabric) will be days and nights on a Parma shift.

Our client who is one of the UK's leading suppliers of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services. They require a Shift Maintenance Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical & Fabric)

* Lighting - general, specialist and emergency back up
* Filter changes AHUs / FCUs
* Wiring
* Testing + Inspecting - fixed wire and PAT
* Alarm systems - fire, nurse call etc
* Pipe work
* Plant Rooms
* Heating
* Radiators
* Taps, Showers etc
* General Electrical Maintenance

Qualifications and Experience:

* City and Guilds or NVQ electrical qualifications
* 17th edition
* Testing + Inspecting (2391 / 2394 +2395)
* City & Guilds / NVQ Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
* HVAC
* A/P - Approved Person (HV or LV) - Training can be given

The site is a brand new site. The parma shift is 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off - both days and nights rotating.
