Due to continued success and growth, Hales Home Care are looking to recruit a Field Based Supervisor to work in Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.

Working as a Field Based Supervisor, you must be passionate about domiciliary care delivery and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the care industry, undertaking hands-on care work as well as service user needs and risk assessments in the field.

The role of Field Based Supervisor involves shift work as well as some on-call duties as and when required.

The main requirements for the role are:

* Experience of care delivery in the domiciliary care profession
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Energetic personality
* The ability to build solid, professional working relationships with service users and colleagues
* Excellent understanding of English language, both written and spoken
* A valid driving licence and a car owner
* An even-tempered and patient nature, someone able to cope with change and be able to display empathy and warmth when required.
* Excellent IT skills are essential as well as a good understanding of Health and Safety.
