Salary: Circa £45,000

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the successful running of a Gateshead-based nursing home. This service features modern facilities, delivering the best care to their residents. Their experienced team of staff are all trained in looking after people, including those with dementia and complex needs.

Nursing Home Manager Duties:
Successful management of the home.
Ensure all company and regulatory standards are met and exceeded.
Ensure the occupancy is high by successfully marketing the service.
Manage budgets, staffing, recruitment and the development of the service.
Provide training and on-going development for all staff.

Skills/ Qualifications:
Previous Care Home Management experience
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
Forward thinking with good business acumen.
Nurse qualified with active pin
Strong people management skills and the desire to succeed.
