We are recruiting for a 2nd Chef to work alongside the head Chef for a prestigious and very well established local theatre group, when the restaurant is open on performance days and for weddings and private functions.

The theatre offers the best in service and style and the most memorable setting imaginable. A luxurious and sumptuous dining experience in a purpose built restaurant

If you are an organised, hands on, self-motivated Sous Chef who is capable of assisting the head Chef to manage the team and assist in delivering food to the highest quality we want to hear from you.

You must be experienced, passionate and confident in producing quality, fresh cuisine.

You must have good kitchen management skills and must have a good understanding of food costings and kitchen safety are essential.

We are looking for an energetic team player who strives for excellence, and is enthusiastic about the Catering and Hospitality industry. Individuals will need excellent communication and organisational skills.
