**Up to £40,000 per annum + Full Benefits Package**

Immediate Start Opportunity - Chartered Surveying Practice

A well-established Chartered Surveying Practice is looking for a new addition to their experienced team - Commercial Building Surveyor. With continuous growth and increased workload, this a fantastic, long-term opportunity where you will focus within the Commercial sector.

With projects across a variety of sectors including Education, Accommodation, Leisure, Retail and even the Residential sector, you will utilise your Building Surveying knowledge and expertise on major refurbishment, new build and maintenance programs across the East Anglia region, with a site based and office based split.

Meeting and speaking to clients to build relationships and potentially develop into the BDM side, you will also manage your own workload and projects, worth in the values of £30,000 up to a few £hundred thousand.

TO be considered, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years or more of solid Building Surveying experience. Residential sector experience will be strongly considered, along with a strong Commercial sector background. You must have a full UK driving licence and the ability to conduct Building Surveys, Party Wall matters and Contracts Administration.

On offer is a negotiable salary, depending on our experience, of you to £40,000 per annum, including a company car allowance, pension, additional APC support if you are working towards MRICS status, and additional career development opportunities!
